You know, I was afraid of this. The reviews are beginning to pour in for The Strangers: Chapter 2 and things aren't looking great for the slasher sequel, which is the middle entry of the planned trilogy.
So far, the film is being referred to as "sluggish", "boring", and basically just one long chase scene.
If the movie is as bad as critics are calling it, what does that mean for The Strangers: Chapter 3?
Audiences seemed to be okay that Chapter 1 wasn't very good, since it was just redoing the original movie and setting up the two sequels...but now it's looking the first movie in this trilogy was a very bad omen.
Meagan's review for Bloody Disgusting sums everything up nicely.
Whatcha think?
