The soundtrack was a major draw for It Follows. And it was revealed today that Disasterpiece is returning to score They Follow as well. Huge!
“Disasterpeace will be doing a score,” confirms Mitchell. The synth soundtrack to It Follows was a significant part of its atmosphere, invoking the John Carpenter classics of the 70s and 1980s. “I wouldn’t want to do a sequel without him,” says Mitchell of Disasterpeace. “That first movie is so much to do with his fantastic music, so I’m excited about seeing what he does with this.”
