Paramount and J.J.Abrams' Bad Robot Productions To Produce Lance Armstrong Biopic

Instead of the just the rise of Lance Armstrong, there will now be a film regarding the rise AND fall of Lance Armstrong.  Ever since Armstrong admitted to doping after lying that he didn't for many years, Armstrong's story has been a hot topic.

Paramount Pictures and J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot Productions will develop a movie based on the rise and fall of the famed bicyclist Lance Armstrong.
According to Deadline, the companies have just closed a deal for the screen rights to Cycle Of Lies: The Fall Of Lance Armstrong, a proposed book to be written by Juliet Macur for HarperCollins.
Macur, a sports reported for The New York Times, has followed Armstrong's career for over a decade, from his battle with cancer to his comeback success in the Tour de France. She also covered the allegations of the athlete's doping and subsequent downward spiral in the public eye.
Years ago, Sony Pictures had an Armstrong movie in the works starring Jake Gyllenhaal, but that script was based on the bicyclist's overcoming adversity. Now, of course, that story would be quite different in Paramount and Bad Robot's hands.

Who should play the defamed cyclist?  I would say Bradley Cooper or Matthew Fox (Fox worked with Abrams on ABC's LOST).  What do you think? Let us know in the comments!
