A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 2: FREDDY'S REVENGE (1985)

1984 saw the debut of one of cinema's most diabolical villains.  A year later he made his return.  Arguably the most parodied entry in the franchise, this is 1985's A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 2: FREDDY'S REVENGE.

Breakdown:
A new family moves into the house on Elm Street, and before long, the kids are again having nightmares about deceased child murderer Freddy Krueger. This time, Freddy attempts to possess a teenage boy to cause havoc in the real world, and can only be overcome if the boy's sweetheart can master her fear.

My thoughts:
Watching NOES2 as an adult, I can definitely see/spot all of the homoerotic references in the movie (it is dubbed the "gayest" entry in the series).  But seriously, I actually quite enjoy this sequel.  "You are all my children now..."
