In yet another shocking Scream 7 casting twist, David Arquette is returning for the seventh installment of the Scream franchise. Kevin Williamson, who is in the director's chair for the second time in his career, is definitely cooking something up.
David Arquette (Scream) is joining Scott Foley and Matthew Lillard returning from the dead (somehow?) in Scream 7 from Spyglass and Paramount Pictures, sources tell Deadline.
