This is just the sort of original horror that I'm 100% into. This new summer camp slasher is being billed as "a new kind of horror remake." But it isn't a remake at all. Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma is about someone remaking a horror film that has a bunch of sequels (a total nod to the Friday the 13th films). The official trailer and poster have been released.
It’s not actually a remake of an existing movie, of course, but rather a brand new original vision that kicks off when a filmmaker is hired to direct a remake of a classic slasher movie.
