The David Gordon Green Halloween trilogy brought up a lot of renewed excitement for the beloved franchise, that's for sure. But the final installment was definitely the most controversial of the bunch with a wide range of mixed reviews. This is 2022's Halloween Ends.

MY THOUGHTS:
You know what? Fuck it. I love Ends. It's oozing with atmosphere and the music is top-tier. This is 100% a love letter to John Carpenter. I would've loved to have seen where they were going with the subtle radio tower storyline (F-you, Covid!), but oh well. Corey's copycat Myers is actually pretty cool.
