There was a cool behind the scenes video posted to the Paramount Pictures YouTube page featuring Matthew Lillard talking about how his character, Stu Macher, was almost actually back in Scream 7 (for real-for real).
As much of an anti-Stuther I was, I almost don't even care anymore.
