Paul Giamatti In Talks For 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' Villain

Paul Giamatti has been a busy man lately -- most notably (and recently) he is in talks to join the cast of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, playing the villain known as The Rhino.  Now Giamatti's character won't be the only Spidey baddy this time around, he joins Jamie Foxx who will be playing Electro.

Also -- it's worth noting -- Dane DeHaan will be playing Harry Osborne, but it is unclear if Harry will be a villain or not.

Paul Giamatti is in talks to join The Amazing Spider-Man 2 as the villain known as The Rhino, and Felicity Jones is negotiating for an unspecified role.

The duo would bolster an already impressive cast. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are back as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx is portraying bad guy Electro, Shailene Woodley is Mary Jane Watson, and Dane DeHaan is Harry Osborne.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hits theaters May 2, 2014.
